SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We ship within the United States and internationally throughout Europe, South America and Asia.

Standard domestic orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days.

International orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 7-14 business days.

Shipping is calculated at checkout for each specific item and geographic location and is non-refundable.

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Please keep in mind that deliveries are approximate and can sometimes get delayed due to holidays.

To return or exchange an item, please email us at contact@rasknyc.com and provide your order number and reason for your return/exchange.

Full-price items with original tags that have not been worn, washed, or altered can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. After 7 days, all sales are final.

Please note all sale items are final sale.

The customer is responsible for choosing their preferred method of return shipping.

RASK is not responsible for lost packages so we recommend getting insurance and tracking for all returns.

Where are your products made?

All of our garments are designed, developed and manufactured in New York City. Our textiles and hardware are made by the most established mills and manufacturers globally.

How can I try on your collection?

How does RASK fit?

We work very closely with our patternmakers to get the desired fit. Unless otherwise noted on our online shop page, our garments fit true to size, so we suggest selecting your normal size. If you have a question about sizing, please email us at contact@rasknyc.com.

How do I care for my RASK pieces?

We highly recommend dry clean only unless otherwise stated on the care label.
